A seminar designed to help businesses to avoid an ever-growing number of legal pitfalls has been organised by McCormicks Solicitors’ Corporate Crime and Risk Unit.
The event is the first of McCormicks’ spring series of seminars and takes place on Monday 28 February at Harrogate’s Hotel du Vin.
Advice from the team, headed by partner Geoff Rogers, will cover the new Bribery Act, fraudulent trading, private prosecutions such as trading standards and health and safety issues, and civil fraud.
